The purpose of Colonial Fox Theatre Foundation events is to inform and acquaint the community with the benefits the restored Colonial Fox will bring to the downtown district. All events are guided by the CFTF mission to restore the Colonial Fox Theatre to be an enduring dynamic cultural center enriching the quality of life and economic vitality of Pittsburg and surrounding communities.

Friday Flix
CFTF presents films to the community under the stars from May through October.  Our Friday Flix selections are presented on the beautiful movie screen mural painted on the north wall of the theatre. Patrons may position lawn chairs in their favorite viewing spot for a memorable, family-friendly outdoor movie experience.  Past films range from classics like Casablanca to recent releases such as Twilight.

Second Sunday Theatre Tours
The CFTF offers tours every second Sunday from May through October. Community members are informed of historical facts regarding the theatre and the vision for her restoration.
